How It Works
Step 1: Reach Out to Get Started
The first step is simple—just fill out our service request form or send us a quick text or call to let us know you're interested in our professional pet waste removal services.
If you're already a member of Heather’s Mobile Pet Salon, you're eligible for our exclusive 10% member discount on all poop scooping services.
Once we hear from you, we’ll help schedule your first visit. We’ll also walk you through what to expect and answer any questions you may have. This is the perfect time to discuss the best cleanup frequency for your pets, as well as any add-on services like pet-safe sanitizing spray or lawn treatments for brown spots.
To secure your spot on our schedule, we do require a credit card on file at the time of booking.
Don’t worry—we’ll only charge after your service is completed!
Step 2: We will get you scheduled
Once we’ve gathered your details, we’ll get your first pet waste removal appointment on the books. You’ll confirm your preferred service schedule during the initial step, and from there, our process is smooth and straightforward.
Before each visit, your dedicated technician will send a text reminder the day before, along with a message when they’re on the way and upon arrival. We do this to give you a heads-up—especially important if you need to secure your pets.
While we love meeting your furry friends, safety is our top priority. If your pets are comfortable with us being in the yard, that’s great! If not, we totally understand and want to make sure you have time to bring them inside before we arrive.
Step 3: We scoop the poop!
On the day of service, our technician will thoroughly clean your yard, removing all visible pet waste with care and attention. If there are any obstacles or concerns—like overgrown areas, debris, or pet toys—we'll make note of them and snap a few photos to keep you informed.
Once the job is done, you’ll receive photos of the collected waste bags and a confirmation that your gate has been securely closed—so you can have peace of mind even if you’re not home.
We have a 2-bag maximum per yard included in your base rate. If more than two bags are needed, it's just $5 per additional bag. Pricing is based on 1/8-acre increments, so your rate stays transparent and fair.
After each visit, we’ll conveniently charge the card you have on file, or you can request to use a different card—just let us know!
